Moran, Cooper, Exum and Voyles Families

Notes

Richard L. Cooper

I remember when my brother and I were living with our grandparents we would visit with Uncle Web (Marion W. Cooper) and Aunt Nay. Richard was only a few months older than I but at the time it seems like years. We had some great times playing. All of my aunts and uncles would go with us to visit with the family.

Richard is buried in the Antioch Cemetery just north of the Antioch Church of Christ

Marion Viola Byrd

When Marion and her family lived in Michigan we didn't get to see each other very often but when they came down for vacation we all had a great time. We would also go to the Sea Breeze Restaurant in Tampa and buy Deviled Crabs (the best at the time in Tampa). We she moved down and got married and had children we would always visit. I loved to tease her daughters and call them Ruthie (a nickname I also used for her brother) and George. I was really heart broken when I had ther she had died in a car accident. She was hit head on by a druck driver. It is a shame the misery the alcohol has and continues to cause.

Marion was killed by a drunk driver.
